You will also find links to other websites that my be helpful to you. If you are new to Totem Lake Insurance, our goal is to provide our clients with individualized insurance programs. Because each person and family is different, we do not offer one size fits all policies. We will ask a variety of questions to help you avoid gaps in your coverage. We will answer your questions so you can be sure your policies are protecting the things that are important to you. Our goal is to provide our clients with top-quality coverage at a reasonable price. We take the time to discuss coverage options with each client and we want our clients to understand the coverages so that they can make the insurance decisions that are right for them. Been with John for 11 years and have had a great experience with him. He always patiently
answers all of my questions via email, provides competitive rates, and outstanding customer
service. I always feel like I'm having a personalized experience when dealing with him. Great
company to work with!!

I am currently a Totem Lake Insurance client who recently returned as a client. And boy am I glad
to be back as his client. I really missed his service. (I briefly left to help an old college friend was
building his business with a competitor).
Without a doubt, I can vouch that John Prentice makes it so easy to do business. He represents top notch insurance companies with a national presence. He is committed to providing
CONSISTENTLY high quality customer service. And, most important, if there is a problem he will
stick with you and your claim until it's resolved.
What's more! My recent claim was resolved in one day from submission of the paperwork. I was
shocked at how efficient and supportive Safeco (with John's help) was at resolving my issue.
Like I said, I'm so glad to be back with Totem Lake Insurance. I agree with Beauty J. John really
does deserve six stars.
