I've been going to Lynn Jones for about 10 years.

I've been going to Lynn Jones for about 10 years, twice a year for cleanings, and many times for other "services".
They have never cancelled on me. They have always been on time. And I get multiple reminders before my visits. A+
service.
I especially want to compliment PAT in the front office. He is a personable and knowledgeable employee. ..very friendly!

Well-earned reputation!

Dr.Jones, DDS, and her fine team consistently live-up to their well-earned reputation as a prime asset for folks seeking
quality dental health. Emma is clearly a well educated, well experienced, highly skilled, and conscientious dental
hygienist. Dr.Jones provides a comprehensive dental health analysis. I appreciated the time dedicated and courtesies
extended by Dr. Ilya, Juana, and Melissa. As before, a very fine experience. Bill N.

Ok so far not so good.

Ok so far not so good.
Edit
***
I really love the high-pressure sales tactics in the lack of coverage disclosure I really appreciated that despite writing
down I had a fear of the dentist.
Dr. Jones I'm never coming back.

I called in two days ago to see about a cleaning to hear that they accept delta dental and had an opening Wednesday
afternoon.
I arrive 30 to 45 minutes before (like a good patient) spend 20 minutes filling in 6 pages of paperwork about my history
(which isn't much)
A smiling gal calls my name and takes me back to a chair... fast forward she says ok let's get started and in 12 seconds
flat she has the X-ray vest on me and snaps an X-ray. Starts doing number two and I freak, I lose my cool and stop her.
"This was supposed to be a cleaning and meeting the dentist" now you've started X-rays and no meeting dentist because
I'm not a person with dental fears... no I am an X-ray to be studied.
Wtf?!?
Ok so panic attack fast forward and I'm feeling better while they are still on hold with delta trying to figure out coverage so
I graves my paperwork I have and walked.
Your staff seem friendly, they're expensively dressed, you're in an expensive part of town you had really nice relaxing
music clean office so you get at least, Two stars.
I wanted to talk, your staff wanted to start the billing cycle.
From the pushing me to to start X-rays vs the cleaning that I asked for and I told you I wanted to know what my plan
covered and she still put on the x-ray vest to take the first of many.I really love the high-pressure sales tactics in the lack of coverage disclosure I really appreciated that despite writing

winner.
You should call your dental practice Bookem, Drillem and Howe.
*update* Dr Jones contacted me and was upset at how I treated as it was not up to her standards. + one star. This still
does not negate how you have staff members who if they treat one (prospective) patient... they treat others like this.
