Love Zora and her team! After trying a number of people/services through Groupons/Living Social and just frustrated by the service and reliability, I decided to do the opposite - find a top rated service on . I have now used Zora and her team for several months and have since referred her to all of my friends. She is prompt, reliable, does an excellent job and charges reasonable prices. I will continue to use her and recommend her highly.

We learned of this cleaning service from a friend of ours who has been using them for an extended period of time when we were evaluating cleaning services.  We chose to go with Z Twins for several reasons.

First, the communication was top notch.  I had used another cleaning service for a move-out from an apartment and the other service was late and didn't tell me in a timely manner.  Z Twins has consistently contacted me at least a day prior to a scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment and then met the scheduled time.  This makes it easy for me to plan my day around the cleaners as I know exactly when they will be here.

Second, as mentioned in other reviews, Zora and her team are excellent with pets.  The supplies and tools they use have not harmed or scared our small Pomeranian in any way.  For us, this is a must have as he is family.

Lastly, the price was reasonable and fair for the service delivered.  As I noted above, we looked at several cleaning services prior to selecting Zora and her team and she offered a competitive rate for regular service (we have a cleaning done every three weeks).  The quality of the cleaning is excellent - and she has offered us tips on how we can improve the wear of some things around the house (such as using tin foil over the oven caps).  It's small things, but it is like icing on a cake, it makes the experience worthwhile.
