This review is for John Grant. He was my real estate agent for a recent home purchase.

John is one of the best buyers agent I have ever worked with. He specializes in on the buy side of real estate, and he knows all the intricacies of the trade.  I was in multiple multi-offer situations and John will know what it takes to win the deal.  What really impressed me was that he is in constant contact with the sellers agent to figure out where we stood and how to get our offer to the top.  He knows all the tricks!  In the current market where there isn't much inventory and any home that is desirable has multiple offers, I was glad John was on my side.  

He does everything electronically, so making an offer was fast and easy!
John is very knowledgeable in real estate and gives really good advice as well. 

I highly recommend John to all my friends and family when buying real estate!
