Max and team has done several transactions with us and has delivered hands-on advice, informative data about the location of interest, competition in the market, and exceeded our expectations. Max was amazing. We first contacted Max over a year ago as we were navigating the decision of whether to sell at that time or rent. We decided to rent and Max continued to contact us through the year keeping us updated of the market. His help and expertise not only helped us to make the decision to sell, but when we did list our property, the sale and closing happened within 15 days. Unbelievable. And the sale all took place while we were out if the state. His expertise, care and professionalism were a gift.

Max spent the time to explain the value in the real estate market and was genuine oppose to just trying to sell a house. He was very quick to get answers, always picked up the phone and never felt like he wasn't on top of it from start to finish. He was patient and willing to educate me on my options. I spoke to several other agents prior to going with max because it's very clear he's good at what he does and knows what he's doing, exactly what you want when it comes to buying a home, especially in a market like we are in. I will always go to max for buying or selling my homes in the future.

Max was a pleasure to work with. He listed and sold my property and was present every step of the way. He has people to help with painting, and repairs, landscaping, staging and more.... He has a no nonsense way about him and gets things done quickly. He was always there to answer a question and was fabulous at negotiation. I would highly recommend that you contact him to be your real estate broker.

We worked with Max to buy our first home about a month ago and the whole transaction was surprisingly very easy (I should point out that we did not have a real estate agent representing us). We contacted Max on a property on a Friday and had the offer accepted that Sunday. Though he represented the seller, we felt that he was also looking after our best interest and helped negotiate our offer to avoid a bidding war. Our home was later appraised for several thousand more than what we offered- which was great considering how competitive the housing market is in Seattle. He offered recommendations for a lender (Dan Pittman) who we loved, and a home inspector- which made the process of buying a home even easier. Overall, Max was easy to work with and was responsive to all of our questions and needs. We look forward to working with him again if we ever decide to purchase another home!

Max is my Go-to-guy when I've got questions about flips/potential investments. He's a solid guy and great realtor. He knows his markets and is a top-notch negotiator. He's done well for me, my friends, and fellow investors! I definitely suggest him to anyone in the market to buy, flip, or invest. He gets things done both quickly and efficiently. and always has my best interests in mind.

Max went above and beyond to represent us at the purchase of our first home. He always returned our phone calls, even when he was on vacation ;) He is very knowledgeable about the process and the area that we were looking in to purchase a home. Max helped me with my first house flip which turned out to be a total success. He was fully engaged in all aspects of the project from finding the perfect investment property that matched my needs/requirements to hands-on involvement during the renovation process and finally the sale and of the house. His renovation cost and sale price predictions and project timelines were all track. I am very happy with my decision to work with Max on my first flip and have even started working on a second property with him.

I completely agree with the other reviewers. Max is very professional, has a high level of integrity, he knows this business through and through, and is exceptionally fast at getting real estate transactions done. During the process of selling our house, we didn't have to worry about anything. Max and his assistant made sure things kept moving along, and didn't need any follow up from us. Max is a real estate agent you can trust.
