The best, real yoga I have found in years. It is not a "yoga club", It's real yoga, with careful movements, teacher supervision, EXCELLENT teachers, mindfulness, meditation... not hot, not gimmicky, not packed, no loud music, better priced than any around. I would urge all of you that want to do yoga for stress, exercise, and have a spiritual interest, to come and give them a try. beautiful community of people, One of the best rooms around. Just love it.
