Creates bad karma.

I had classes by Larissa, the owner, before she opened her studio and she is a fantastic teacher. There were some shortcomings with this studio, namely that I was allergic to something there, and got really sick every time I took a class. Given I've done Bikram yoga for over 12 years, it was definintely this studio. I told a teacher about it, but nothing happened and no one ever contacted me, so I stopped going.

And since they closed, I too have been getting a number of emails from other studios, and I don't recall ever giving permission for them to sell my contact info to other businesses. Seriously bad business practices = creates bad karma.

Ever since this location closed I received so many spam messages. No wonder they're closed with shady business practices like sharing their client's email addresses! If anyone knows how to contact the owner please let me know. Not cool.

In my favorites collection!

Another studio to add to my favorites collection!

Location: incredibly easy to find and parking is a breeze. Super close to the freeway, fred meyer, trader joes and places to grab food for after.

Ambience: calming, open and inviting. The bathroom is spacious, lots of cubby holes, clean showers and lady amenities.

Classes: I've attended a few Yin classes and one Vinyasa. ****This studio runs wayyyy hotter than most others I've been to. Not for beginners at all unless you don't mind taking breaks often.**** I love how they offer cold hand towels at the end of the vinyasa practice. The Yin is incredible for anyone too!! I've attended after some brutal workouts that left me incredibly sore and this class helps those muscles relax and repair.

All of the instructors are friendly and welcoming; they're great at offering modifications.

Don't judge a book by its cover. This gem is located in a strip mall in Totem Lakes. Once you walk through the door you're in an oasis. Beautiful, kind, and skilled instructors. A sensible and nicely oriented practice space and reasonable prices. Honestly, what a great find.

The owner is a doll, super sweet and caring. Great teachers, consistent heat, beautiful soft wood floors & lots of natural light in the practice room. Big dressing rooms & showers. Best part is their prices are this... $10 drop in!

Been coming here religiously for 5 months now, and I'm addicted! I can't even bring myself to go anywhere else because Firehouse has everything I need. Great location with tons of parking! FANTASTIC and friendly instructors who are very helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough about how awesome this studio is! :)

Still my favorite yoga studio

Still my favorite yoga studio and I have been to each one in Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland. The best teachers and a really good amount of space for practicing. The new floors are awesome. I just wish there was a 6 AM Hot HATHA 60 minute class. 9:30 AM classes are to late for folks that work and commute to Seattle.

Them climate is perfect!

It's a bit hidden in a strip-mall, but well worth the find. The owners are friendly and responsive and I love that they offer a variety of yoga classes (both in style and in length), which help to keep yoga practice interesting. They also have a cool new (synthetic wood) floor and humidifier that they've just installed, so they climate is perfect!

I've been a part of the FHY community for about 3 years now. I always feel welcome and am routinely greeted by name when I walk in the studio.

I love the variety of classes offered, the variety of teaching styles, and the variety of students. Each teacher gives me a different perspective on my practice and I seem to always walk out with a new tip or trick. I have always felt accepted, even though I am not a stereotypical yoga student. Each teacher has helped me find new ways to enhance my practice, while letting me work within my limits.

I can't think of a better way to start or end my day than doing yoga at Firehouse Hot Yoga! The studio is clean, the instructors are wonderful, and the location is very convenient being right off the 405!
