My car was in great condition for her age, but APC made it look better than I thought possible.

I reached out to APC Auto Spa via Yelp's messaging on a Thursday, requesting an emergency
detail for a show Sunday. Though their online booking program said they were full, Seth was able
to fit me in for a spot the very next day.
Communication throughout the whole process was great, Seth was very thorough in describing
what he'd be doing during the walk-around, and also attentive to my car's particular needs (he
recommended shampooing over a steamer for the 33-year old fabric on the seats, which I
appreciated). He ended up working far into the night on it, and was in touch about when would be
best to pick my car up on Saturday.
And holy cow, I was blown away when he showed it to me. My car was in great condition for her
age, but APC made it look better than I thought possible. I could go on all day about every part of
the car and how immaculate they made it look, but what really spoke for their work were the 1,000+
viewers at the show the next day - every single person who looked at it expressed a level of awe
with how clean she was. She ended up winning a show award that I may well have not won without
their help.
Top to bottom, these guys are knowledgeable, skilled professionals who care about the work they
do, and it shows. I'd recommend them without hesitation, and will definitely be back.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone a few days in advance. Arrived just before 10am, but
had some trouble finding the building and entrance. It's in a warehouse district. Eventually saw a
bunch of nice cars, parked, and walked in to the garage. Was greeted by the friendly staff.
They brought me up on the schedule. Let me know it could take 4 hours minimum for the ceramic
pro sport package. Decided to wait around anyway. They have a nice waiting area with a television,
couches, Xbox, and wifi. Decided to grab some food next door and walk around a bit. Staff came in
occasionally to give me an update.
Exactly 4 hours from when I arrived the car was done. Did a walk through with the team, the car
looked great, paint was very deep and glossy. They pointed out some rock chips and issues on
some dry carbon pieces that I would have never noticed. Was thankful for that.
All together, the work and experience was great. Pricing was competitive. These guys know what
they are doing and treat their customers and their concerns with respect. Doesn't matter what car
you drive. I won't hesitate to come back.
I may update this review later down the road, as the ceramic Pro sport package I purchased is
supposed to last much longer than wax. Up to a year from what they stated, and up to 30 days to
fully set. It's definitely not the bronze silver or gold package, so we'll see how it goes.
