Hopefully I won't have to have my car fixed again ever, but if I do, they will get my business.

I went to Bothell Auto Rebuild as the insurance company of the car who hit me said it was one of their shops. I had intended to take it to another shop to get the work done. After receiving such excellent customer service from them from the moment I walked in, I was sure I was going to take my car there and I am glad I did. They sent me the quote right away and no and said they had time in the next few days open so would be a good time to get the work done. I set up an apt for Wednesday and they said my car would likely be done Friday. It was done within about 24 hours and it looked spectacular. When I picked it up, it looked like they had detailed it because it looked so good and even had three daisies next to the console. Really sweet touch. Great group of people. You will be treated well here. Hopefully I won't have to have my car fixed again ever, but if I do, they will get my business.

Dan and team made my day (and saved me money on my rental) by finishing work a day and a half earlier than expected. They also had a lower estimate than did the other shop I went to. Everyone was polite, positive, communicative, and efficient. 

They also called Enterprise for my pick-up, which was a nice bonus. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs; my car looks fabulous and I enjoyed the great service.
