Repair

As an Independent Subaru Expert, we can offer lower priced Subaru repairs plus solutions to typical Subaru problems that the Subaru Dealer just can't provide you.  We offer Subaru loaner cars for most major Subaru repairs.

Parts

Call our Subaru Parts hotline @ 425 786 4773. We Truly Know What Fits Your Subaru Best, from head gasket kits to timing belts plus many Subaru Repair problem solvers.   We offer both new and used Subaru Parts.

Performance

At All Wheel Drive Auto, we can handle your performance needs; everything from short throw shifters to performance engine work. We utilize state of the art alignment equipment including the ability to perform corner balancing for Subaru's running on Coil overs.

These guys are amazing. I went in for my 2nd of 2 Oil Changes that I purchased from Groupon. They are so courteous and professional! They completed the oil change in under an hour and did not try to push any other service on me. They did recommend something at a later date but no pushing at all. This was so refreshing. I have come to trust them for their quickness and professionalism! I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on and I don't even have to buy it through Groupon anymore as they offer their Oil Changes at $19.99. Thanks Del and Eastside Automotive!

I've gone here 3 times now and each time I expected my vehicle to be done for. But they saved my vehicles every time and for half the cost that I had expected. They also got my vehicles in the same day amd were great about calling me with a quote. Thank you to the crew at E.A.a.T.!!!

I always get fast friendly service when I go to Eastside Automotive. The desk manager Del always makes sure my car is taken care of quickly, accurately and for reasonable prices no matter how big or small my car problems are.

I would recommend this establishment as reasonably priced, fair & honest. My relationship started when I bought tires through TireBuyer.com and had them delivered here to be mounted, balanced & aligned. As an FYI-If you find tires you want at TireBuyer, just take that deal directly to Del & he will be happy to meet it and then give further support with lifetime balancing, rotation, etc. I have some knowledge of vehicles & typically do alot of my own work. In my case, I had reason to have two notable questions afterwards. In each case, Del took me seriously and went about answering my questions in an objective and non-conflictatory manner. Time & labor were spent satisfying my legitimate questions in a legitimate fashion. Ultimately, this was done to satisfy me and no attempt was made to try and get extra billing out of it when there was a real question about whether their shop was on the hook for it. Consequently, I have grown to trust their integrity and ease to wok with-I will preferentially use them in the future and I have no qualms recommending them for service.

Del and is team are amazing! I have been bringing my jeeps here for a number of years. Efficient, always done when they say they will be done. Del has also recently helped me in dealing with a shady mechanic who really messed up my 1971 Chevy. Thanks, Del and your team. I'll be bringing my cars here for years and you're even on my street! That's a bonus. I can walk to and from your shop!

Wow. This company was professional and beyond. They not only gave me a huge discount on my new tire pads and rotor that broke (while they were test driving it)- but they paid for a rental car since the repair would take longer than expected. The rental car picked me up from their store and I kept it for about 24hrs. Picked up my fixed car and in the rental, then just left the rental there- they brought it back to the agency for me. If that is not good customer service, I don't know what is. FIVE STARS!

These guys are the best...flexible, congnizant of price (they get this is a tough economy!)...Everyone is friendly...they take good care of my little lemon drop (a 1992 Geo Metro Convertible, so somewhat rare). A lot of shops charge you to diagnose your issue...not these guys...I drive from Lake Stevens to see these guys...all around, just a pleasure to deal with!

Repairs are not a fun part of owning a car. However, we all agree to put up with them as soon as we put pen to paper to get that new car. I have sampled a few garages in the area, and this one is my preferred choice. Ill make this quick... The work is quick, clean, and comprehensive. I have never been charged for diagnostics. My problems were identified and repaired in a quick and painless (sans financially) fashion. (All three of my car's issues, I own an Audi... I ask for it.) Although the experience of repairing a car is generally very painful, and takes a financial toll... The staff at Eastside Automotive and Tire make it bearable- Almost as if its totally okay that my car has issues.If the reader would decide to drop by, Ask for Dan or Del. They will help you out, and tell them Zach sent you. Keep up the good work, and I will keep coming back. (Hopefully not too soon, though.)

I came in for a wheel alignment and the quoted price was the same as everywhere else. It took a little bit of time to get in the bay but that's probably because this place is popular. By the time I left, the price was the same as when I got there. The mechanics pointed out some weaknesses with my car that I did not see but did not strong arm me into buying anything I didn't want. They were informative and upfront. Anyone that talks bad about Eastside Automotive must be talking about someone else because my experience was better than I would've expected.
