These guys are just amazing.

These guys are just amazing. I had some radiator issues and when the opened up they found some past work done by another Kirkland shop half finished. They corrected everything and checked over all the oils. I was able to bring it in sooner and it was ready before we anticipated. Top notch group for sure.

We had exceptionally good service. They worked on two cars for us. We thought they were honest with their recommendations and prices were good. Very convenient to drop off the cars in key drop. We were able to get the cars scheduled and returned quickly. AAA location

These guys are great! Friendly, quick, and fair. I came in to have a check engine light looked at. They did a quick plug in to get the code, checked my fuel cap and confirmed that it was in fact loose, tightened it up for me, and voila, no more warning light! I was in and out in under 5 minutes, and they didn't charge me anything. Other than being slightly embarrassed, it was an entirely painless process.Before I went to Jay's, I first stopped at another service center which told me that it would be over $100 to simply run a diagnostic, and that I would need to leave my car overnight and possibly longer. I'm so glad I kept on driving and went to Jay's. I'll be back if I ever have future issues.

My son's 2002 Ford started acting up. I drive by this place all the time, read some good reviews, so I thought I would send my business their way. Called them and discussed the issues and Jay pretty much nailed it on what was wrong and what it would take to fix the car. Dropped it off the night before the service. Next day before noon they called and told me what it would take to fix the car. They also recommended a couple of other things the car needed to keep it in good shape. Never did I feel pressured or feel like I was getting scammed. He also mentioned some other things on the car, but said it didn't need to be addressed at this time, just some things to watch. Picked up the car, the bill came out less than the estimate. Nice. Very nice people, shop is clean. I see why they have been in business for so long.

Can't say enough good stuff about these guys. Always call you back when they say they will and totally stand behind their work. I've recently had some follow up problems and they've checked and solved those under their warranty with no problems even when I tried to pay them for something I didn't feel was their fault.

Jay's is really close to my office and I can't believe I waited so long to try them out, even if it was just for an oil change. Very professional on phone when I called to schedule my appointment. The shop and front office are very clean and look efficient. They are friendly, seem very knowledgeable, and made maintenance recommendations. Plus, AAA discount and they're AAA certified. I will definitely be back.

Jay's is the kind of place I'd feel comfortable having my 75 y.o. mother go to for her automobile care. That's the greatest compliment I can give to Jay's Kirkland Autocare. I had my first experience here because of all the 5-star Yelp reviews. I was concerned since the last review was two years ago but I had to trust the AAA. I had to get my 60K service done on my Subaru Forester. First I called the dealer to get a quote, knowing they were going to be higher. Then I called Jay's to see what they would quote me. My first contact was with Andy on Wednesday afternoon. He was polite, informative, and gave me all the details I wanted to know. He also let me know they had an opening the following day (Thursday) or Friday morning. Friday morning worked out better for my schedule. My second contact with them was on Friday at 8 a.m. when I dropped off the car and Scott helped me. I was impressed with both Andy and Scott over the phone and in person. My third contact was when Scott called me at 12:45 p.m. with more information about what my car needed and also a quote. I let him know he could go ahead with the work and he called me around 4 p.m. saying they were finished and I could come pick it up. I really appreciate local businesses like this that are top-notch and it's good to know I can trust them to do what they say they're going to do. That's rare, in my experience, particularly in Auto care. My total price was $900, which was cheaper than the Subaru dealer. I'm grateful for their excellent work and customer service. I'll definitely be back.

I love taking my car to this place. Besides the great work on my car, they are friendly and always explain what my car needs. They are also great at pointing out what stuff isn't needed immediately and what is - I never feel like they are out for my money. They take great care of my (oh gosh, almost 20 year old) car and I'm still able to take it out on long road trips halfway across the country and back. My parents come to Jay's as well. And it's rare that you have to wait for an appointment. Don't forget to use your AAA discount or check their website for coupons!

I am relatively new to the Kirkland area, and finding a mechanic you can trust causes me a ton of stress. I bought an old Bronco (86) for my son for work and school -- needless to say it needed work, but I didn't want to spend more than it was worth....The folks at Jay's have taken great care of me...good work for a fair price, they always contact me prior to repairs, all the things an above board mechanic does...If you need car care, on any make or model, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
