I've had other visits but those two stick in my mind the most.

The first time I came in here was for my wife's car. Her radiator hoses are very old and starting to crack. I told
them what I had. The lady flipped her monitor around and scrolled through a few options. She said they have
the top in stock but if I wanted the lower one they'd either need to have it delivered from the warehouse
tomorrow or get a generic one. I took the generic one plus a gallon of anti-freeze. An hour later I had both
hoses installed with new anti-freeze.
The next time was for a battery. I asked if they'd bring their tester out (I was 99% sure it was dead) and make
sure. Sure enough their tester confirmed my suspicion (the 5 year battery was 7 years old). The guy once
again showed me what options they had for the car and explained which one they'd suggest based on our
driving habits. They pulled the new battery off the shelf and carried it plus the socket set out to my car for me.
There were other customers in the store so of course they couldn't change it for me (I'm somewhat handy).
After a bit of time I returned the socket set along with my old battery.

I've had other visits but those two stick in my mind the most.
The reason I'm knocking a star off is parking can be a bear if you go during main business hours. Go there
before 5:00 on weekdays if possible and never ever go on weekends.

Great service here by William, the manager!
Yelp wouldn't let me check-in since it doesn't believe someone can get a sandwich from next door and walk
into Auto Zone 5 minutes later but whatevs.
I came in to buy new windshield wiper blades, and William was at the counter. He recommended Bosch and
after doing some comparison shopping, I bought those. He offered to put them on the car for me for free and
taught me how to do it myself next time. Then he took the old ones and threw them away for me.
