This place is affordable!

Outstanding, Accurate, Knowledgeable, Wise and Honest. I first met Patrick and his father Pete in the late nineteen seventies. I remember first seeing Patrick delicately manually put a ultrahigh performance/low profile tire on a sexy soft alloy wheel using a specially shaped wooden ax handle. This is an act of caring and love! I've written about cars and studied automobiles for 40 years I am a tire, wheel, alignment, brake nut. Now Patrick alone runs the shop with 2 coworkers that have been with him over 20 years. Sounds like family. They have one more fellow, the rookie who is soon to hit the 10 year mark. I arrived for my appointment at 1 PM and was taken in right away like most everybody else is which is great planning. Their prices are fantastic! Outstandingly low if you're driving a Porsche, Maserati, Corvette, Ferrari, BMW, Bentley or even a Mercedes. Have you lowered your car? Does your car have a low clearance because of an air dam or spoiler upfront Omni has you covered. The shop is so perfectly designed with an old-fashioned pit the mechanic can work in, so the tire, wheel and axle's are all at eyeball height.No dancing girls no flashy expenses just a great American family operated independent specialty business whom are experts. Ordering from Amazon or Tire Rack, have Omni do the job. Need an alignment, is your steering wheel moving symmetrically? They'll be doing my brake pads and turning my rotors soon. This place is affordable!

I've used Omni Brake and Alignment twice now, once about 2 years ago for an alignment on my Hyundai, and more recently for the front brakes on my RAV 4. Both times they did excellent, careful work and they charge really fair prices. They don't have a big fancy shop; it's a modest garage with a small waiting area. But they clearly care about what they do, and know what they're doing. When they did the alignment on my car, they test drove it 3 different times and kept adjusting it until they got it just right. More recently when they did my brakes, they replaced the pads on my front brakes, machined the rotors and had it done in just a few hours. Cost $235 plus tax. I will continue to use Omni for my Brake and alignment needs. I love having trusted place to bring my car!

I did not shop around for a better price but truly don't think I could find a better price, more honest people, any place more helpful, or someone so nice!

Honest is not usually a word used when describing anywhere that works on cars - especially as a female, they try to take advantage. That is NOT the case with Omni! I want to share my story so you can see how fantastic and honest they are! I brought my car in a couple of months ago for a front end alignment and I got a phone call a little while later saying that he wouldn't feel right doing an alignment since I was going to need new tires in a few months. What other care place do you know that would use that opportunity to make some money knowing they would see you again soon? Fast forward to last week. I found out I am moving across the country to where it snows quite a bit so I figured I would go ahead and get new tires and my car ready before I moved since I know places to go here (Omni). Let's throw a wrench in there (pun intended) - I was going out of town for 5 days and needed the work done while I was gone. I got my tires put on at Discount Tires down the street (highly recommend them too) and Pat at Omni coordinated with them to pick up my car when they were finished (since I was out of town). I had talked to Pat about doing my front end alignment, shocks, and brakes. He did the research for my shocks and gave me all the options and helped me pick the best one for me. I got a phone call when I was out of town and explained he heard a "clunking noise". I had heard that noise for a while and figured I wouldn't say anything because I didn't know what it was and knew he would catch it. He figured out what it was and explained to my the fix and again, gave me options. He had my car ready for me to pick up when I was back from being out of town. He even stayed 20 minutes after closing time since I got stuck in traffic just so I could pick it up! My car, which has 186,000 miles, is driving like it is brand new! Omni ended up doing my alignment, brakes, shocks, some stuff on my suspension, and fixed a fuse. I did not shop around for a better price but truly don't think I could find a better price, more honest people, any place more helpful, or someone so nice! I only hope that I can find a place as a great as Omni when I move to Vermont! Omni - you are top notch!

I fully advise anyone who needs a good, honest car mechanic to go to Omni! My past experiences with new garages has been very bad, so i made sure to do some research for a good company! I noticed Omni had some very good reviews regarding there work, so i gave it a go. The service was great! I loved working closely with Pat at Omni, top notch service :) i dropped my car off the night before to get a break job. The

called me with any questions they had and answered any questions i had. Bottom line...if you want a great shop in kirkland, Omni's your place!

I had a full set of disc brake pads replaced, only to have excessive squealing at every stop. I returned and was told, somewhat condescendingly, that it was my fault for buying aftermarket parts and that the only way to fix it would be to order new OEM pads. I ended up pulling the pads out in my garage and found that they had not applied any sort of brake grease between the pistons. After applying some myself, the squeal is gone. After what I paid to have the work performed, I'm not impressed and will not be returning.

My wife's Corolla had a horrific sound from the back brakes. These gents machined the rotors and sanded down the drum brakes for $40 and a noise that has plagued us for a year is now gone. Plus they checked the percentages on both front and rear brakes and gave us a low quote for the fronts for when they are due.

Was getting a brake light coming up a different moments while I was driving. This place is close to my work and due to the other reviews I gave them a shot. I dropped my car off in the morning and they took a look at it. It ended up being low brake fluid and they let me know my brakes were in great shape. It was such a relief to know that everything was good and they took care of me in less than half a day. I'll be coming back next time I need something looked at.

The universal fear when dealing with Mechanics in general is how much they charge for the old "poke and find", meaning, am I going to get ripped off or feel unsettled after mortgaging my first home to pay for car repairs? Not with these people. I had my brakes done front and back and saved about $200.One hundred percent above board, quality service, quick turn around times and overall the best place to get your brakes done on the eastside. They are better than Les, or your dealer in my opinion. And more than likely a pretty penny cheaper too. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I took my truck in here for a brake check when they were squeaking. Not only was everything fine, but they didn't even charge me for looking at them! Fast forward to a few years later...I took my truck in yet again to check the brakes before I started hauling my horse trailer. All was good with the brakes and again they didn't charge me a penny! What other place can you go to where you get an HONEST response like this! They will certainly get my business when I finally do need brakes and in the meantime - I'm telling everyone about them! Way to go Omni!
