car always comes back feeling new.

I have been taking my car to Signature Independent for over 5 years and the car always comes back feeling new. They take such good care of details and keep excellent records for follow-up. Their recommendations are spot-on and in my last trip had the most amazing experience. One of the parts they recommended to be changed was actually under warranty as they had replaced it less than a year ago. I did not catch this but they themselves identified this and replaced it free of charge! Thank you for such awesome friendly, consistent and remarkable service.

Rick has been looking after my cars for six years. Great customer service and quality work. Really appreciate the time they take to explain the situation and present options. Recently needed service to pass emissions. The repair was expensive but I never felt like I was over-paying or getting unneeded work.

I found their prices to be very reasonable for the service, and was very pleasantly surprised to see the car vacuumed and cleaned as a courtesy clean up as well.

This is for the service of my BMW 328i xDrive on 10/27/16. Kudos to Eric and the technicians who not only fixed my 'Check Engine Soon' warning, but also found gunk in my engine due to previous oil changes. They verified it is okay to clean it by sending me a picture of the engine, and the steps they're taking for it. They also described why the problem came up, and how to avoid it going forward. I am writing this review a week after my service, and found the car to be driving very smoothly in this time (I drove about ~500miles after the service). I found their prices to be very reasonable for the service, and was very pleasantly surprised to see the car vacuumed and cleaned as a courtesy clean up as well. I have certainly found a reliable shop for my BMW for the next few years.

Signature BMW in Kirkland Washington is Simply the Best service the best mechanics, that you can get in western Washington. It blows away the dealerships, the level of service level of expertise is simply off the charts. If you have a problem with your BMW Rick who's the owner of signature BMW is a very good man with a very good business and they simply do the best work that you could ever ask for.! Don't have any doubt about it if you have a problem with your BMW take it 2 Signature independent in Kirkland they are the best!Timothy Smith.

I was very disappointed

They had my car for almost 3 weeks. They did not keep their word about when It would be done. I was told 6 or more different times of when it would be ready. The prices were very fair so I was pleased with that. But I was very disappointed that they kept changing the days of when it would be ready. They even told me a time of the day it would approx be ready, I showed up to wait, and they sort of got upset with me for coming without getting a call of when it would be ready and of course, it wasn't ready that day at all until the next day, even though they told me an approximate time that day. And I live in Mill creek, so the drive there and back was a waste. Also they forgot to do something I had requested them to take care of in those weeks they had it, so I had to make another appointment. Its a nice family business and they do know a lot about cars. Just wasn't a great experience for me.

They did my oil change in March and said that my 325xi is leaking oil. Come to find out I just got my oil change few days ago and they did not bother to replace the oil filter cap and that was why my car was leaking oil.... will never come back here. Will also tell my friends not to do business with them. You can't tell me my car is leaking oil and not replace the parts I've paid for!!!

This shop is an example of service excellence. End-to-end. Rick, the owner, took care of my car. He was kind, honest, knowledgeable and most important, very accountable for the work his shop do. Other employees, rock too! I have a BMW, and I recommend this place to BMW owners, who are in the area.

Its important to have a trusted engineer to service your BMW

Its important to have a trusted engineer to service your BMW and while there are many expensive shops its a rarity to find one with excellent skills and experience and fair prices (the opposite is abundant) Rick brings a life time of knowledge having handled the service department at the BMW dealership and backs it up with honesty and keeping the customer's interest at heart. I am a careful shopper and am extremely glad to have found him He's maintained our 530 impeccably and stood up for any issues he might have overlooked . He has my trust and business as long as I own a BMW.
