Description

We provide language and culture coaching for adults and children in 14 languages, taught by native teachers: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Polish, Serbian, Hungarian, and Afrikaans. We specialize in one-on-one private lessons and small groups of up to 4 students.

Sagalingua is a fantastic place to learn a language and immerse yourself in a new culture.

Sagalingua is a fantastic place to learn a language and immerse yourself in a new culture. I took
lessons from Sandri, before my trip to South Africa to learn Afrikaans and a bit more about the
culture. Every lesson was fun and enjoyable, and you pick up the language in a very natural way.
Sandri had suggestions for a list of topics to cover and we went through everything I was interested
in learning (including telling time, introductions, reading, directions, food, animals, shopping, and
hobbies). She also provided me with vocabulary print outs and emailed me additional things to
read/practice. After ten lessons, I already can speak Afrikaans and feel comfortable with basic
conversational skills.
They also are very nice and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Sandri often
offers tea and snacks from around the world. She has also provided suggestions for my trip, South
African cookbooks for me to read, and will go out of her way to find solutions to specific needs.
I'm very happy to have found this place, and highly recommend it for anyone interested in learning
a language or culture!

Sagalingua is an excellent language school for anyone wanting to learn a new language, or
improve their language speaking skills.They offer education in at least 12 different languages, are well organized, and you can tell that the
owners and teachers are passionate about language and helping their students learn.I am a TEFL International student, and attended Sagalingua's Conversation Group lessons to gain
observation hours. I genuinely enjoyed my time watching the instructor Anastasia interact with her
students in the class - she has high energy, is resourceful for thinking on her feet during the
conversation, is encouraging, and you can tell that she loves what she does. She had a great mix
of conversation, a group and individual activity, and introduced new topics in a compelling and
interactive way.I highly recommend Sagalingua to anyone who is learning a new language, or wants to improve
their skills in a foreign language.
