We love the staff and the attention they give to the kids.

We have taken our daughter here for both day care and for school. We love the staff and the
attention they give to the kids. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We used their hourly service several times and I honestly feel like a bad parent.

I will never send my son to this place again. We used their hourly service several times and I
honestly feel like a bad parent. The first time okay, but after the second I should have known better.
My son has Celiac disease. Not a "gluten intolerance" but a legitimate auto-immune disorder. The
first time he went he came home with epic diarrhea. It was so bad I had to toss his clothes. I talked
to him and discovered they not only let him eat his food with everyone, they let him eat someone
else's food! That could kill a kid with allergies! I talked to them and they swore they'd keep a better
eye on him in the future. Well, it happened three more times and I said enough is enough he's
never going back. I had him at Adventure Kidz in Bellevue (amazing by the way) the day after he'd
been at the nest. His stomach freaked so badly they had to give him a bath in the sink. He was
crying, so embarrassed, but they (Adventure Kidz) handled it great.
This place has a stupid nut ban because they can't be bothered to actually use common sense
procedures. It's 100% up to the parents to never be sloppy or forgetful. So if you have a child with
severe allergies or an auto-immune disorder send them somewhere else. This place is not careful.
It's apparently too much effort to wash everyone's hands on entry, segregate kids with food
problems during meal times, and wipe tables after meals. So they do stupid bans and then fail to supervise the kids- or clean up after them. With these kind's of practices they're going to eventually
kill someone's child.
