Your College Schedule

6-Hour Classes, 2 Days a Week

Day or Evening Classes

Class size small, only 10 students per class

Must Achieve 80% to Pass

Retesting Available

College Lasts 4 ½ Months

A Typical Day in College

Your day will consist of a PowerPoint presentation, in which you’ll learn about dental anatomy and terminology. In order to proceed in your new profession. After the initial presentation, you’ll go on to the lab part of your training, which will be the biggest section of your day. Each day of class (two days a week), you’ll participate in four hours of lab demonstration and training. Here, in a dental office setting, you’ll learn from expert dental assistants one on one.

Committed to Your Success

By the time you have finished your 4 ½ month training, you will be fully trained and ready to start your first job as a dental assistant. You will need to achieve an 80% on all exams in order to pass. We are committed to working with you individually so that you pass your exams and launch into your new career.

This school is like you're working in an actual dental office, we get to work on each other and get to invite friends and family to work on as well.

I love how this school is VERY hands on, you start taking X-rays the first day and coronal polish the 3rd day!  I also really like how it's a small class size of 10 students max, so it's very easy to learn and it's very one on one. This school is like you're working in an actual dental office, we get to work on each other and get to invite friends and family to work on as well. So you get the experience of how to work in a real mouth and not just the fake dummy mouths. Becky, the instructor is awesome! Very easy going, doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you if you're doing something wrong and will be quick to help you fix it. She teaches you absolutely everything you need to know plus more.  I could go on about this wonderful school. All I have to say is, there's no better place to start your path in the dental field than WCCODA.

You can choose between day and night classes so it's very flexible. This is the school to go too if you're looking to be in the dental field!!!

Becky is awesome! If you're looking to be a dental assistant, this is the school to go too. I was so scared because I barley knew anything when I first walked into the school but starting from the first day, you're totally hands on. Day one we did X-rays on each other.  There's not a lot of students at a time so it gives you the chance to get extra help. The class is mostly ALL hands on which is super helpful. I really wasn't confident in the beginning of the class but thanks to Becky I am very confident now! You can choose between day and night classes so it's very flexible. This is the school to go too if you're looking to be in the dental field!!!
