After having issues finding a lender for my first home purchase, I was referenced to Eugene. Feeling like I was possibly going to lose out on financing, per my unique situation with my business, Eugene and I worked diligently for two months to finally close the deal. Both him and I were about to give up, but staying persistent paid off. He knows more than most, and if he wasn't before, he now has the most Intel for unique situations. I highly recommend Eugene, as he locked me into a great rate with excellent rebates, and made what seemed impossible, possible.

I recently worked with Eugene in purchasing a home for my family. I cannot be more thankful for the confidence that he provided us with ensuring that it would happen. He was extremely responsive and was very up front throughout the whole process. He managed to give us a great percentage although we put $0 down. He explained the whole home buying process so we never felt out of the loop. If you're ever looking for a home loan, I definitely recommend utilizing Assured Mortgage LLC. Great overall experience.

I recently worked with Eugene to purchase my first home. I cannot possibly be more thankful for being pointed in his direction. He was extremely responsive and walked me through everything I needed to know. Whenever I had a question he was happy to answer and point me in the right direction. I had no doubt throughout the process that he was always acting in my best interest and my loan reflects that. I shopped at 2 different mortgage providers before working with Eugene and am happy to know I will never need to look around again.

I recently utilized Eugene's expertise once again for a refinance of the home I had purchased a year ago. When I initially bought it, I could only put down 5% and gotten a really good rate, but that pesky mortgage insurance has always been on my mind. A year later, with Eugene's help, I was able to refinance to get more equity in the house, AND a lower interest rate, AND barely any closing costs! Can you believe I went from 95% LTV down to 80% LTV in one year just from refinancing? With the MIP gone and the lower interest rate, I'm saving almost $500/month on my mortgage. He really works wonders.

In addition, I've recently started doing some investing in real estate. I reached out to Eugene for advice. Through his knowledge and connections, he was able to refer me to non-conventional lenders (i.e. portfolio lenders), banks that do HELOCs up to 100% LTV (ever heard of that?!), hard money lenders, and such creative ways to finance deals that I had never even thought of. Eugene is a finance and lending whiz. Don't be afraid to ask him any sort of questions; if he can't answer it, he'll definitely be able to point you to the right person who can.

He knows his business very well, and helped me to understand different aspects of loans patiently; matters that I did not get from few other brokers I visited.

He knows things about homes which he shared without hesitation!

I just got a nice home through Assured Mortgage and Eugene was awesome, he helped me with great advice on how to get my credit score better, so that I could not only have a great credit score, but also have a decent mortgage payment. He monitored the rates for me and once he saw it was good, he jumped on it and locked it in. He always kept good communication with me and always answered my calls, or called back. I would definately use him again in the near future, if need be and refer him to friends!

I was referred to Eugene by another broker and I am very grateful for that referral.

Eugene spent a lot of time and effort to help us to find the right program to match our situation. We have had multiple road bumps but with Eugene's help and guidance, we were able to overcome them. With Eugene's constant push, we were able to close on time.

He's definitely on my repeat business and I will definitely use him and to recommend him for future real estate transactions.

I was introduced to Eugene by my property agent that i unfortunately and regretfully got stuck with and couldn't get rid of. There was some doubt at the beginning because of this extremely horrible agent that i had. But Eugene turned out to be very professional, nice and on top of everything. He's totally the opposite of the agent. He's very responsive, very detailed, very resourceful, and very helpful as well. Everything went according to plan without any issues. I was very glad to have met Eugene.

I initially used Eugene for my parents' refinance in 2012 after calling around and talking to at least ten different mortgage brokers; he ultimately had the best rates and was the most up-front about everything. Because of how well that went, I again didn't hesitate to come back to him for my own first house in November 2013. But being the careful perfectionist that I am (which probably caused Eugene to go insane), I double-checked and questioned a lot of things throughout the process, but Eugene had an answer for every doubt that I had. Everything checked out and went well and I was very satisfied in the end.

Not only can Eugene find you the very best rates, but he has a very genuine personality. Others may seem to offer lower rates, but there are always hidden costs. Eugene ultimately wants to do what's best for his clients, and he patiently teaches you things along the way (which I definitely appreciated, being a first-time home buyer). Eugene always gave me options, stating the pros and cons of each. And he doesn't just give mortgage advice either!
