Tim helped me find the perfect policy for my car and renter's insurance. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of coverage, and realistic about what I needed. He took the time to explain the different types of policies and coverages and provided thorough answers to all of my questions. Honest, patient, and personable!

I will start by saying Shannon is my new insurance agent. Without what she did for my family which is my husband and I my two-year-old son and two dogs. We would be up a creek without a paddle for sure. We were having the hardest time finding the truck we knew we wanted and between her and the Toyota of Olympia they got us the one when no one else could. On top of it she was able to lower our car insurance by a significant amount. She was also very friendly and easy to work with. I have been in customer service for almost 10 years so it is extremely important to me to receive good customer service. I feel the need to recognize when I feel someone has gone above and beyond. By the way , the competitor they beat was State Farm :)
