A former roommate referred me to this State Farm Agency and I have been happy with them since becoming a client. I typically work with Amanda Hunsberger at the office and am impressed by her timeliness in responding to my emails. If I have a question I usually hear back from her within the hour. (It's what prompted me to write this review today!)

When I first went to Patrick, he took the time to go through what everything in my coverage meant and made sure I got the best deal. Buying insurance is never fun but they made it easy and were super helpful, I would definitely recommend this office!

Sorry, but I have to go against the reviews here. #1 on the list of customer service is to be available for the customer. I have called 3 times on 3 separate days at 3 separate times during business hours to talk to them as a new customer and they have not been available. That is not a great sign for when I actually need something urgent.

I've known many insurance agents over the years and I can tell you first hand that Patrick Fitzgerald and his State Farm Agency is like no other!

I am a Seattle transplant from Reno Nevada and proud new owner of a 2012 Honda Ruckus Scooter. The rates, the service, and the friendship I've received from Pat's agency is, hands down, the best I've ever known.

If you're a new resident to the area, or you've had a bad experience with your current provider, I recommend giving him a call. You won't regret it!

Nobody likes to buy insurance, it sucks and we take insurance for granted. Not to mention that insurance agents are usually lame old men.

Enter Patrick. He's a cool dude (kinda cute too - but married - so no ideas ladies). Patrick made buying my car and renters insurance a breeze and he got me a great deal in the process.

Painless, cheap insurance from an awesome cute guy. Can I say anymore?

Patrick is a great insurance agent to have. Not only does it show that his employees are happy, but you can really tell Patrick loves what he does. I recommend him to anyone searching for Insurance. He takes care of his clients, is not pushy and is there directly if you need him, not just some 1-800 number to call.
