I was a first time home buyer.

I was a first time home buyer, did my finance and re-finance with Wallick and Volk and they got me
through the process easily. Doug took ample time to break things down for me so I could make an
informed decision.

Very stressful process getting a loan here.

Very stressful process getting a loan here. The loan officers were uneducated, and made personal
opinions about the choices we made during the entire negotiation process. Things that were
presented to us as "major issues" turned out to not be an issue at all. We did end up getting
approved for a loan here- so I guess that's why they get one star, but the process was awful. I had
to lead most conversations to determine what my options were, which was very stressful for us
during an already stressful time. And after all this- I don't doubt our loan will be sold within the next
month or two.
