I'm really pleased with this dental office.

I'm really pleased with this dental office. My sons first dental experience was actually awful. At a DIFFERENT dentist
when he was only 2 he ended up with a horrible mouth infection, high fever and several rounds of antibiotics.
Fast forward he is now 4 1/2 and he came to Bellevue dental arts for his second exam, no surprise after that long he had
8 cavities . Naturally I was very nervous to take him to another dentist.
The Dr. and hygienists are so knowledgeable and wonderful with my son. He is not scared or nervous at all and they
explain things to him on his level. They have a tv there so he can watch cartoons while he is being worked on. They gave
me great tips on caring for his teeth as well.
The other staff worked so well with me and helped me with a payment plan as I have to pay out of pocket for all 8 they
were helpful and kind. Really personable.
I would definitely recommend them!

If you're on the lookout for a new dentist in this area, I highly recommend doctor Ryan Chiang! Prior to my experiences at
this office, I was terrified of sitting in the chair. I've been to dentists that were very rough, and never talked to me but Dr.
Chiang goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I feel like a big baby being so scared of getting my teeth
done but he tries his best to make you feel at ease and he never pressures you into doing anything you do not want to do.
Instead, he gives you his opinions and options, backed up with valid reasonings before performing anything in your
mouth.
He seems very confident while he works which makes me feel confident that he's doing a good job! He stops everyone
once in a while for a brief moment just to make sure you're still doing fine.Rosemary has always assisted him when I came in and she's great! She's so easy going and fun to talk to. They both are
very gentle.
Also, unrelated to service, they have a very nice office! It might not seem new on the outside but the inside is very
modern! And very clean. I have a really weird thing about liking bathrooms that are nice in public and this bathroom was
niceeeeeeeee :)
Oh and a final note, it doesn't say anything on their websites but they do offer 3 months interest free for payments in case
you need to pay a little at a time. The dentist can get pricey!
