Dr. Jue is the best! I came in for my first eye doctor appointment in years, and after thinking I had perfect vision all these years, I find that I need full time glasses! Dr. Jue was very patient with me as I asked him a million questions. Never did he make me feel like he was rushing me out the door, and he did his best to explain how everything works. Especially since all of this is basically a foreign language to me.

Dr. Jue always takes his time and makes you feel like you're the only patient. I always feel like I'm getting quality care. In addition, the staff are very friendly, helpful, and always work with me on the best way to take advantage of my insurance benefits. I'm so glad I was able to find someone close that will be my forever eye doctor!

Dr. Jue has been awesome at helping me figure out my correct contact lens prescription, as well as a prescription for office/computer glasses. (I also have progressive lenses that I wear most of the time). I have dry eyes and allergies and had pretty much given up on being able to wear contacts again, but the ones I have now are very comfortable and I can wear them when working out at the gym or for special occasions. They give a very personalized eye exam and I have been very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I've been wearing contacts and glasses for about 15 years, so I've had many, many eye exams. The exam I had at Juanita Vision was by far the most thorough eye exam I've ever experienced. I saw Dr. Justin Jue, and he explained what he was doing, when he was doing it, why he was doing it, what he was looking for, and how he was analyzing what he saw. I was there to get a new prescription for my contacts, and he walked me through the options and explained in detail the pricing and insurance coverage. Ultimately he gave me two brands to try, and explained the pros and cons of each. The year before I'd gone to Specialty Eyecare Group, also in Kirkland, and my experience there was frustrating, expensive, and by far less pleasant than working with the folks at Juanita Vision Clinic. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

This little strip mall shop is just amazing. I came here on the recommendation of my optometrist to have prescription filled two years ago. I don't know how to explain the over-the-top attention to detail and actual interest in providing amazing customer service. I scratched my over-a year-old prescription glasses and they were able to get my glass replaced free of charge even though I was no longer covered. Not only that, the girl who helped me remembered me from a year ago. They have done two pairs of glasses for me and my satisfaction level is through the roof...and if you look at my other reviews you'll see I'm more on the "what's wrong" side of reviewing.

Was recommended to this clinic from a couple neighborhood Facebook groups I'm part of. I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. The front of the house staff were all incredibly fun and sweet. Dr. Jue was thorough and super nice. I spent two different days stopping by to try on frames and the ladies were great to work with. Not only can I see better today but I ordered the cutest glasses ever that I can't wait to pick up. Great selection of frames to choose from in all price ranges, so something for everyone. I'm happy that I found a place for my vision needs. Thanks Dr. Jue & staff, see you next time!
