Welcome! It is my true treasure and honor to share what I’ve learned and to serve. I strive to hold a wise field of safe and loving space for folks to find healing within, reclaim their empowerment and remember their truth. I offer my work with prayers that all may be reclaimed, remembered, find joy and be empowered to share themselves with the world however it is they are called and designed.

It was apparent to me that I was in good hands with Lauren, gifted, talented and devoted to her craft of healing herbalist!

Attended an herbal consultation with Lauren after I had a persistent and energy consuming three
week cold. I wanted an immune boost that was natural and herbal based. Throughout hour long
consultation, she was incredible! She listened with intent and kindness ( after she made me a tasty
herbal tea ), she asked great questions, she was sympathetic and was impressive : knowledgeable
with putting together suggested herbal mixtures for me to bring healing to my strained body. She
suggested places where the herbal tinctures and mixtures could be made for me with the highest
quality of product and further service. It was apparent to me that I was in good hands with Lauren,
gifted, talented and devoted to her craft of healing herbalist! Highly recommend AND I see on her
website she teaches great classes around town too! Also her office space was welcoming, warm
and cozy!
