Dan has helped us refinance and/or buy a home 4 times now. He's quick to return a phone call and answer questions even on the weekends. In trying to understand how the loan process works I must have asked 100 questions and he was always willing to answer them. While in the process of funding the loan for our new home we worked with a very difficult escrow company and Dan helped make that process run smoothly and we closed on time with no issues. I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and kindness.

This is the best mortgage company I ever used ,and my loan officer Dan was a pleasure to deal with. Dan got me a loan that other lender turned down because of a condo litigation..They made the process so easy for me ,no hassle,good communication ,highly recommend Dan Chapman .I will definitely use Dan Chapman again for future loans.

For nearly the past decade, Dan Chapman has consistently been my go to mortgage guy for multiple home loans and refinances. He's changed brokerage firms a couple times over the years but I always go where Dan goes because he consistently provides outstanding service and always puts my best interests ahead of any financial gain he may receive by closing a new loan. Dan & his team are awesome!! Look no further for your mortgage needs! Our experience as first time home buyers was so great, and it is due to the Fairway family! They are smart, caring, consistent, and provide great rates and service! Dan helped us close on time with a better than rate the original mortgage company we worked with! We first went with American Pacific Mortgage company for our home loan and worked through the entire process with them, until near the end when they informed us that they couldn't close on time. We panicked because for everyday that we were late, we would have to pay for seller $350. I instantly called Dave Chapman (Dan's dad whom a friend referred) to help but he was unable to help with the loan and turnaround time and referred us to Dan. Within the same day, Dan and I got on the phone to chat through the details and we were able to lock in our rate, which is .5% lower than from APM two days later. Dan also guaranteed that we would be able to close on time and he delivered. It seems like he works around the clock as we would get responses to our answers (and we had a lot) within an hour or two after email him. Dan is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. We did close on time (thanks, Dan!) and are settling nicely into our new home. Would recommend him for your mortgage needs.

Can't say enough good things about Dan. I used to be a mortgage broker myself, so I am very picky about how my loans are taken care of. What I appreciate most about Dan is how thorough he is. Not only does he think about every possible finance option, but he also instinctually sees everything that could go wrong and preemptively takes care of it. He's honest, works hard, and clearly takes his job seriously. Ask him to educate you and he'll give you all the ins-and-outs of how lending works too! Don't be disappointed by the "other guys"...Use the experienced ones!

Dan , Has Been the Best , keeps me in the loop the whole process also Gives me update on the market. He did my first loan and my 1st Refi. I will use his services for life. Good Man this guy with much integrity .
