Description

We install granite, travertine, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, all natural stones and man made tile. We also offer mosaics, glass and many other rare tiles.

We use our penetrating grout cleaner in order to remove dirt, grime, grease and bacteria.

We can make any floor look brand new with absolutely no odor or mess.

Our Penetrating Grout Sealant lasts 6-10 years with no discoloration or peeling. The process is quick, and very cost efficient to the customer.

Over time tiled areas will naturally begin to deteriorate, becoming discolored from normal use. Our process of grout replacement will give you that “new” look at only a fraction of the cost. The job is usually completed within less than a day, allowing use after 48 hours of completion.

We can do all grouting, however epoxy grouting is the most durable of the three grout types: sanded grout, non-sanded grout, and epoxy grout. Epoxy grout does not need to be sealed and does not stain.

Leaking showers are an easy fix. The best way to secure a leaky shower is to re-grout the areas in the shower which are leaking (entire shower recommended) and re-seal it with a strong sealer (511 impregnator or epoxy sealer.) Once completely sealed, it is then caulked with 100% silicone, leaving your shower perfectly sealed!

If you have cracked, broken, or chipped tile, we will remove and replace it. The drying process takes less than 24 hours and your walls and floors will look brand new again.

These guys responded quickly to my request for retiling after our European shower leaked. They were prompt and worked with me every step of the way. Adrian has tons of experience and really did a top notch job redoing the whole shower pan that had been leaking and rotting the wood behind. He showed me all the damage and worked with me to get new insulation in the walls. He also did a great job cleaning, sealing, and caulking our tile floors and countertops. We will definitely call him back for other jobs as we update our older home.

I had gotten in touch with Adrian after our original general contractor had brought in a tiler that was definitely inexperienced and not qualified to do restroom tiling. Impressed by the reviews on ! I had sent over some photos of our space, as well as the original tiler's work and stated my concerns. Adrian was quick to respond via email, then scheduled a call within 24 hours and we had an appointment for him to do an in home evaluation of the restroom requiring work. He said that he would have a bid out to me by the end of the day and this is exactly what he did. It is important to have reliable professionals that follow up and also send estimates out when they've promised especially when you are doing a remodeling project and Adrian exceeded my expectations in this aspect as well as in overall communication. We kept in contact via text to discuss his schedule and plans to come in on specific days to work on the project. The following Monday Adrian had came with his crew and they had prepped the restroom for set up. They set up the walls to ensure that it was waterproofed and also hardiebackererd the floors to prepare it for the tiling work. After that day, Adrian came back numerous times to work on the tiling. It's a high ceiling restroom and I wanted the tiles to go all the way up. This took a lot of patience and time on his end that required him to come back on different days to allow the tiles to set appropriately prior to continuing on and stacking the large tiles.I would occasionally peak into the restroom to see the progress and work that was put into creating the beautiful finishing. Tiling is truly a craft that requires an experienced professional that is also detail oriented. Adrian took the time to cut tiles that were as thin as 1/4 inch just to make sure it fit in a small area of the walls. Other people would have just grouted it in it's entirety and called it a day. At one point, when he was installing the metal siding for the shower, he noticed that they were slightly different tones (despite it being

the same exact SKU#) and he asked me first if it was okay to use. I gave him the thumbs up, but definitely appreciated him running this very small difference by me and double checking. One of my biggest concerns and issues with the previous tiler we had was that there was a lot of lippage on our tiles and grout lines were not clean and spacing was not even. When Adrian had done my tiles, the spacing is on point. In addition, Adrian was careful with the tiles and had clean cuts. The previous tiler we had chipped a lot of our very tiles! Lastly, Adrian and his crew was respectful of my home and courteous to ensure that they were not in the way of what we were doing. They were also friendly, witty, and always a pleasure to interact with. I've contracted them for two other restrooms that we are having redone and am excited to see the results and outcome of the work. I have nothing but praise for his quality of work. Will be posting photos as work gets completed and the entire restroom finishes are in place!

Adrian originally did a tile around repair for me. He quoted me three options and priced them accordingly. He was the only contractor to give me options. The end result and his work was excellent. There were no surprises on pricing etc. He did a great job and I have since contracted him on a Kitchen and bathroom backsplash job. He really makes things easy for the customer, has competitive pricing and does excellent work. I highly recommend letting him handle all your tile work! He will always be my first choice!

We contacted Adrian after he was highly recommended by a relative. Adrian is responsible and he is always on time. He works with a very pleasant and capable crew of people. Everything was done great, on time and on budget. Very happy with the work, and definitely will be contacting him for the upcoming project!

Hire these guys! First Choice Grout and Tile did a perfect job refinishing our Italian terra cotta tile floor. They also recaulked my sink. I will be a regular customer from now on. They were pleasant, professional and most of all prompt and reliable. My floor tends to be finicky so it can intimidate most professionals. They brought in a team and finished it without a hitch.

Adrian showed me how the previous tile was hanging on by grout only, no backer at all. So went from a regrout to full tile replacement, which, while not a fun surprise, ended up with a new tile shower surround and top notch work by Adrian and crew. We love the new tile and glad that it's installed properly. One thing crossed off the endless project list.

I called Adrian after reading his review (which is always a risk), and I am not easy to impress. I had a shower pan with small tiles that needed re-grouting, and it ended up being a bigger job than I expected. Adrian learned that the tiles were originally placed with mastic, which is just bad for a shower pan. He clearly cares about the work he does because he replaced all of the tiles that needed replacing, and he actually had to come back the next day to complete the work. He's competent, cares about the quality of his work, and he is very detailed. The shower pan looks beautiful, and we are very happy!

I am very happy with the work Ben at First Choice did on my home. He helped me with some design choices for a tile backsplash when we realized what I had in mind would not quite work. They got the work done quickly and cleaned up nicely. They also replaced a tile and replaced cracked grout. Fair price and nice work. They put the tile in the first day and came back the next day to grout.

First Choice did some great work on our stand-up shower! They cleaned and sealed the grout, and re-caulked all around the shower stall. The shower looks as good as new, and every detail is perfect. Adrian was friendly and professional. When he came to give and estimate, he had photos of other work they had completed and also offered a 2 year warranty on the work. We will certainly use them again if the need arises!
