Tried unlocking my lock but not a normal lock so it was unsuccessful after an hr and didn't charge me for there time. Pretty awesome on there part and appreciate there honest effort.

Recommended by my car insurance. Originally had called another company and they quoted an estimate range while Pop-A-Lock gave me a direct quote and stuck to it even when the guy (Leo?) had to spend a lot of extra time working with my car. He was very kind and patient. And determined! The other company took longer to get back to me and their prices were over $50 more at minimum! Definitely would call Pop-A-Lock again! But I hope I don't have too! ;)

These guys are the best. I contacted Pop-A-Lock to repair a 20+ year old Baldwin double front door lockset. This wasn't even emergency, but their response was very quick and an e-mail included a summary of rates, which are very reasonable. Leo, a very polite and professional technician took the lock completely apart and replaced all the worn parts in about an hour. My front door locks are like brand new.

I've had 2 very different experiences with pop-a-lock. The 1st one our guy was short fused, and seemed uneducated on what was going on. He was rude, short and not very friendly. The key didn't work, wasn't his fault but still. The 2nd guy Leo was fabulous, very knowledgeable you could tell he took pride in making sure everything worked. I would have given 5 based just on Leo. Thanks for fixing the issue and taking pride in making sure it's done right.

Price transparency was MUCH APPRECIATED. Michael visited my vehicle and was quick (less than 10 mins) and courteous. Definitely recommend to save your time calling around and just go with these guys.

Amazing experience. I'm 19, never used any kind of car services, and was worried I'd get scammed because of my inexperience. The professionalism of Leo when he showed up in no time eased my worries. He explained what he was doing and was upbeat and optimistic. Didn't make me feel like as much of an idiot for locking my keys in my car. Thank you!

Friday evening prior to the July 4th holiday, our live in Nanny tells me that her car won't start. With a hotel already paid for on Saturday evening in Vancouver, BC major pouting is about to ensue if I can't get the car fixed. I quickly figure out that the problem is with the car's anti theft system, with the problem being one of 3 possibilities: bad key (we only received one when we bought the car) bad transceiver (dealer order only part and an earliest appointment date 2 weeks into the future) or the cars pcm computer. I did a quick Google search and found pop-a-lock, called at 845am on Saturday morning and was mildly surprised and encouraged when Leo answered the call. I explained the problem and he agreed that while keys do occasionally fail, the most likely cause was the Transceiver, for which he wouldn't be able to help. Because we needed the extra key anyways, I asked Leo to come out. He was at our home within 30 minutes, quickly figured out that the chip in the key was fried, created a new key and a spare for a very reasonable price. As a result of Leo's dedication, our "teenager" is now sitting at the Canada border in her car, thrilled that her weekend away was rescued.

I had a broken door lock and was hesitant to fix it because of an experience of being overcharged by another locksmith company. When I called the team at Pop A Lock they were helpful and transparent with their pricing. The day of service, Justin was very professional and finished in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Leo and team were awesome! I lost the only set of keys for my only car. It was big deal. Kids, work, groceries, and whatnot. Serious logistical difficulties without my car. The dealership couldn't make the high security keys on site. For $300 I'd have a key in 4 business days. That same day the Pop-A-Lock guys made 2 keys for about half the dealership's price. What A Relief!

Justin came to unlock a car for me since the keys were locked inside. He was incredibly helpful, and nice to work with. Service was quick and efficient, and the price was totally reasonable.
