Ben, the owner of the business, has done a superior job in communicating with all of his customers and offered detailed explanation to its service from day one. I did not get a chance to meet the person who cleaned my apt, but she did a fair job considering I did not pay for any of the extra/add-on service. I will recommend this business for your housekeeping needs.

Just to be clear, I did not use their service. I was amazed at the original quoted price for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, but then when they add a 20 dollar surge charge just for having pets, I have decided to move elsewhere. Most maid services do not charge more if you own one small cat.

We couldn't believe our luck finding Rain City Maids. Have been on the lookout for a good cleaning service for two years but none could make the grade. Rain City Maids was spot on time, efficient and with the attention to detail we couldn't find elsewhere. We were so impressed we immediately booked our next service. We're pleased to have found a consistent, competent and reliable service. I could go on and on but think I've already summed it up: a fine service that gets the job done exactly the way we like.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the 2 cleaners who arrived right on time. The company also uses eco-friendly products and the smell wasn't harsh at all. When I booked the appointment, I had problems with the kobile version if the site. A representative helped me right away and just booked the service over the phone. I will definitely continue to use this company to clean my house!

Very nice team that comes to clean here. I am glad I found them. The owner is very attentive and answered all my questions when hiring them. They even called when they were done and asked me if they should let my dog back inside before they left. :) the service is good my house smells great and the 2 people who clean my house are happy and kind.
