Description

Another Castle is a locally owned video game store and coin-op arcade. We buy, sell, and trade video games, systems, and accessories. We also have classic arcade and pinball machines to play.

Founded in Edmonds, Washington in 2009, we’ve been steadily growing in order to improve your experience as a video game enthusiast. In late 2011 we moved next door, doubling the size of our sales floor and arcade. Ready to expand further, we acquired Bellingham’s venerated Reset Games in 2013. Soon after, we opened our Lynnwood location in early 2014, with a huge new space for more games, arcade and pinball action. Later that year we opened our first venture into a dedicated arcade — Another Castle: Arcade Edition. This location features later hours, even more arcade and pinball, and beer!

We differ from most other video game stores. Unlike some retailers, we actually care about the history of video gaming, and we are actively involved in the video gaming community. We carry new releases, in addition to used games, with a focus on classic systems. We regularly host tournaments and events to bring fellow gamers together.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. An arcade made the way it should be. Like a scene out of an 80's movie.

Another Castle Arcade does serve drinks, but it's very family friendly, and I saw a lot of kids having fun and a lot of parents becoming kids again!

They have a fair selection of NES and SNES games for sale. A bunch of games for other retro consoles as well.

The owner said they will be expanding soon too.

Tons of pinball machines. It looks like they have tournaments from time to time which is pretty sweet. I love all the retro games. Good old fashion fun is hard to find and so are retro games.

This place is pretty cool. I have been to the Lynnwood location which is more of a store than an arcade.

They serve bottled beer and have some snacks for sale. There are 2 small tables to sit at and a couple of board games if you just want to kick back with friends and have a cold one.

It can get kind of crowded in the "lower" portion. Just not a huge area and then with the real estate that DDR takes up, that makes it worse.

My only small issue with this place is that there is a funky odor in here. I am not sure if it is because it used to be a bar or what, but it stinks.

All and all I would be back again for some cheap, nostalgic entertainment.
