Description

There are only two rules at Flatstick Pub: drink local and have fun. We’re mixing up the scene by combining local beers with an indoor 9-hole mini golf course and other unique games. Our rotating taps feature Washington-only beers and ciders, and the variety never ends as we continue to make friends with craft breweries all over Washington.

Our putt-putt golf course is fun for everyone! With a high “risk-reward” shot at every hole, even beginners can beat out the most skilled golfers. Mini golf is great for date night, guys night, or girls night, and can be reserved for group events.

And what could be better than drinking beer with all of your best friends? Flatstick Pub is dog-friendly. You and your dog are always welcome, but don’t miss “Yappy Hour” Monday-Friday 6PM-7PM and all day Sunday, to receive $1 off pints when you bring in your #flatstickpup!

You can drink beer, play mini golf, and bring you dog

This is a place where you can drink beer, play mini golf, and bring your dog. What more could you want? I always have a fun time here. I came here for a Groupon I found, and was super happy I did. A lot of others bring their dogs, so it's fun to have the pups play together.

Great beer selection and awesome, friendly staff!

What a fun place! Great beer selection and awesome, friendly staff! We played a round of mini golf, that even with a big group of people there at the same time we had plenty of space. There's also some table golf ball games we had a blast playing! We loved it so much we recommended it to a few people in the area!! Wish we had something like this in NJ!

I had a great time))))

Great fun my boyfriend and I had here today. We got a Guinness like beer each and a round of mini each for twenty dollars. It was a Groupon steal. The bartender was super informative and helpful cause it was our first time in. We will be back. It was worth the drive from Kent. The beer is greast. The ambiance is casual and fun and they have tons other games besides mini golf. I had a great time at flatsticks and will definitely be back.

Juat what Kirkland needs!!

The GOOD: Only the finest of local Washington beers! THE BAD: Absolutely NOTHING THE LOW DOWN: This is the the one, the only, the original Flatstick pub... While there is one in pioneer square which is equally as bad ass as this location (alright... A bit awesomer) this is the spot to be! Any night of the week this place has fun events! If you want to test your mini golf skillz this is the place. Challenge your friends, bosses, dates, significant others... Go ahead the course is fun, challenging for even the best and welcomes all levels! Beer slingers know their stuff! And best of all its all Local! Juat what Kirkland needs!

Mini golf & beer!!

Mini golf & beer?! Count me in! Look for signs, Flatstick can be hard to find! It's located in the basement below street level. Although it's quite spacious, the bar takes up the majority of the area and the golf course seems a tad cramped. Nevertheless, lots of fun! There are beer kegs built into the course for some added difficulty. There were about 23 different local beers on tap, 2 of which included ciders! I'm not much of a beer gal, so I was stoked there were cider options! I tried the peach cider (super yummy and super dangerous) and the spiced apple cider (a lil' sweet for my liking). However, I was a little disappointed there wasn't a snack menu available. There can be a bit of a wait on weekends, but they have fun board games & video games to keep you entertained! I'll be back, Flatstick!

It was a fun night and we had a great time here.

Went with a few friends to celebrate a birthday. It is located at a basement but is pretty spacious. They have an array of board games you could choose from. We decided to play "the battle of sexes" for a while and then started the mini golf tournament ;)). There is a half-off deal on Yelp for Mini golf, so it ended up being pretty cheap. We had loads of fun and enjoyed our time here. Drink wise, it was ok. They have plenty of beers on draft to choose from. I ordered an "Infused cider". According to the bartender, it was supposed to be infused with Vanilla, but it was far from a vanilla taste and tasted mo like root beer and I can't stand the taste of root beer. As soon as the bartender handed it to me, I said I disliked it, I wish he would offer to change it for me. Anyhow, it was a fun night and we had a great time here.

The beer selection is excellent !

When my husband purchased the Groupon for 4 people, including 4 drinks and glasses, we thought the place was going to be palacial and huge to cover the 9 mini golf holes. It wasn't. The vibe is more pub/dorm room party and has beer pong tables and other games in the lobby to entertain crowds. The golfing area is small but challenging and the environment is really fun and safe. They allow dogs on the premises which adds character to the place. Dogs wander and live off scraps or treats you can purchase. It feels a bit like home. They don't have a kitchen so you need to order food from nearby restaurants. The beer selection is excellent and the menu includes a lot of known and obscure local brews. The staff is super friendly and very effective; they serve brews, keep the place clean and socialize with patrons. I was pleasantly surprised to find this joint. I highly recommend you get a designated driver or Uber and join in on the fun. They also have board games, in case the rest of the sports didn't appeal to you. Fun for the whole crew.

It"s a fun plase,good beer!

We went on a Saturday afternoon (group of 3) and it was a bit crowded since there was a birthday party going on, but we had no problem getting our beers, meat pies and playing a round of putt putt (we got creative and started with the last hole). The putt putt course is small and can be done in about 15 minutes. It's built out of beer equipment like kegs, very fitting with the beer theme throughout the pub. There's a great selection of local beers on tap and three choices of meat pies. You can also get food delivered from local restaurants and they have menus there. Other things to know: Free parking lot right outside the pub Dog friendly! There are board games if you don't want to putt putt It's a fun casual spot for a date or groups. Check it out next time you're looking for an indoor activity and some good beer.
