As a first time buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect when looking for a new home. Some friends of
the family recommended that I couldn't go wrong with going with Bill Crumbaker and I have no
regrets .He walked me through the home buying process in detail when we first met and asked me
what I was looking for in a new home. I gave him my search criteria and with very little turnaround
time, he gave me a list of houses we should look at in the price range and areas that I was
interested in. After narrowing down our search, he was able to get us booked to take a tour of
several homes in such short notice.It didn't take long to find the house we wanted and Bill went the
extra mile to keep us happy.
Another thing, most of my family was out of town on Thanksgiving and after hearing about this, Bill
invited me over for Thanksgiving dinner! The turkey he made tasted better than any turkey that has
touched these lips!

Bill and I have worked together on both ends of real estate transactions. In 1995, as my real estate

agent, he helped me locate a wonderful house. It was at a good price and was in a quiet cul-de-
sac. He has outstanding local knowledge of the Renton area.

In 2009, I again called on Bill to help me sell the same house. He did a great job in marketing it.
The first person through bought the place! Bill was very professional along the way, always
returning my phone calls promptly. I highly recommend him. If you are looking for a real estate
agent in Renton, look no further than Bill Crumbaker.

Before our wedding, my current husband and I were looking to purchase our first home. We were
referred to Bill. He was highly recommended so we put our faith in him finding us a home. It was
exciting and scary purchasing a home, but Bill has years of experience and we trusted him to find
us what we were looking for. He assisted in every way, aleviating our anxieties of purchasing a
home. Being our first home we had no experience with real estate. Bill surpassed our expecations
and answered all our questions. Not only did he show us the type of homes we were interested in,
he also gave us information about pre-approval on loans, mortgage, gave us charts to look at and
compare (everything to learn in buying a home). He went out of his way on our days off, be it
weekdays or weekends to show us homes and we drove to many houses (we were looking at
different neighboring towns), and had great resources. The communication was exemplary for he
answered/called back our text messages, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner. We were
highly impressed with how Bill worked with his clients. He goes above and beyond and we greatly
appreciate all he has done for us. He continues to be a good resource for us new homeowners,
and he's still available as our agent even after selling us our home. We hope he can still be our
real estate agent later when we decide to sell and look for another home. We thank him so much
and are happy with the home we purchased. I highly recommend Bill at John L. Scott.
