Carrie was referred to me by another real estate agent who used to work with her. I wanted  someone great and on-the-ball. My home sold on day 1, received multiple offers, and Carrie was efficient, handled it all, and made the appropriate recommendations as we were discussing offers. She is professional and helpful, tolerant in addressing our concerns, and made herself available when necessary. She addressed our concerns appropriately and made sure we were comfortable with the information. We've had some bad experiences with other agents and sales of homes and we shared it with Carrie.  I cannot say enough how well Carrie handled our sale - very smoothly, without issues, and got top dollar for our home.  Thanks Carrie for a job well done.

We can't say enough good things about carrie. Ever since the first day we contacted her about moving to Washington from the Bay Area, she has gone above and beyond for my family. She was very easy to work with and guided us the whole way. We were worry-free the during the whole process and she even gave us recommendations on inspectors & contractors. She is always making sure all our questions and concerns are answered and taken care of. We loved working with her! 
Thanks to her we found the home we were looking for & are now Washington residents! :)
