We wouldn't be in our gorgeous house, picking out vintage chandeliers.

I am late in writing this review for Gavin. I wish I had an excuse, but I don't other than we are
selfish. Selfishly, we spent time making "carpet angels" and drinking champagne in our new house.
Selfishly, we spent evenings, sacked out from moving and unpacking, sitting in awesome rocking
chairs on our new front porch listening to frogs chirping and watching the mountains disappear at
night.
We should have made the time sooner to post about how amazing Gavin was; how he made time
for us around our nutty work schedules, how he not only managed to get our offer in in one day, but
called us that night to let us know we were now first-time home owners. We knew very little of what
to expect going into this adventure, but Gavin was always there to help us through questions, the
process, panic attacks....
We wouldn't be in our gorgeous house, picking out vintage chandeliers and making amazing future
plans for decorating ideas if it was not for him, and we cannot thank him enough.

Gavin Gregory is awesome. The level of awesome is hard to describe. He invests a lot of himself in
his clients, and it is clear that he actually loves his work. In a negotiation situation - he's definitely in
your court and works hard to get you the best deal you deserve. I feel very lucky that he handled
our real estate transaction for us. As first time buyers - we definitely needed a lot of hand holding -
and I appreciate that he did it all with such great patience and kindness!
Everytime I look at my home - I know who I have to thank! :)
