Ray was wonderful to work with and really knows how to navigate the Seattle housing market. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, and understandably nervous about the process, given how competitive the environment is. Ray was there to coach us through everything from start to finish. He took us to countless homes, helped us think through the pros and cons of each, guided us through inspection reports, sewer scopes, and the offer process. He was excellent when it came to putting together a really strong offer for us. We ended up getting our home for way less than we had anticipated, in large part due to Ray's help putting together such a strong and clean offer that the buyer's couldn't resist. Ray was down to earth as well as fun to hang out with. We found ourselves looking forward to our afternoon house viewing marathons because we got to spend time chatting with Ray about the various homes, neighborhoods, and particularly Seattle's food scene. We definitely had a shared love of good eats that bolstered our energy on long open-house Saturdays.I highly recommend Ray's services. Whether you're selling or buying, he will pull out all the stops to make sure you get the best possible service.

My wife and I were in the market to buy our first home and were getting real estate agent recommendations from friends. We met with three agents because we wanted to do our due diligence, but the choice was clear. We met with Ray and he quickly put us at ease with his personality and expertise. He walked us through everything from the beginning and just made us feel comfortable. Not only that, he was just fun to be around. That was key for us because we knew we'd be spending a good chunk of our free time with our agent. It was summer in Seattle, a tricky market to be sure, and Ray handled it beautifully. We got a great house in the neighborhood we wanted. We wouldn't have changed a thing. I would highly recommend him and have done so to friends.

When my husband and I met Ray for the first time, at his Windermere office in Kirkland, we felt as if we were chatting about buying our first home with an old friend. It was clear to us that Ray wanted to help us purchase the right home for our family, and he had our best interests as his priority. He spent countless afternoons driving around with us and our toddler, and he was so friendly and down to earth that it felt like we were looking at homes with our old buddy, Ray. Aside from being a real friend in the real estate process, Ray is great at his job. He approaches everything with great detail and stays in touch with his clients so a great house doesn't slip through the cracks. We wish we could buy a few more houses just so we can spend afternoons driving around town with this guy. Also, our daughter (1.5 yr old) still remembers his office when we drive past it and she gets excited to think we're going to visit Ray... Adorable.

Me and my husband would highly recommend Ray Bosko to any new home buyers for his expertise in the process of home buying. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy home this year. We thought we will spend sometime learning the process, understand the requirements and the details to look for in a home to make sure we make a right decision. All of the above was taken care in very few early meetings with Ray. We were not sure what kind of home we wanted to buy but with right questions from Ray while visiting the listings, we were standing in a property which is our home now. All this in 10 days. He made sure he was available with every important information about the property like what would be the right price for the property, verifying records with county for any construction made on the property etc. What really impressed us was his professionalism and the personal attention he would give to every details, providing his view on the same.

My husband and I recently bought our very first home with the help of Ray. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was actively involved in each and every step of the process right from sending us the listings according to our preferences, to viewing each house with us and providing us with analysis on the house pricing. He gave valuable inputs when we made our offer on the house. He guided us through the whole process of putting in an offer and counter offer as well as dealing with the sellers on every minute detail. He even worked out the issues we had with he house that came up during the inspection. Overall we could not have asked for a better agent to find our first home and we would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell a house.

Recently purchased my first home with Ray's help. He made the search process enjoyable and fun, listened to my likes and dislikes, paid attention to what I was looking for in a home rather than what was trendy or easy, and helped me get a good feel for the market. It's a seller's market for sure right now, but Ray kept up a cheerful attitude during the offering process. He was patient as I read through each document, and explained anything I had questions about, making it as painless as possible. Instead of the horror stories some of my friends have had in the search for their first real estate, mine was enjoyable. I have Ray to thank for this and would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

I was a first time home buyer and very new to the home buying process. I found Ray to be extremely accommodating and understanding given it was my first time. He gave me near daily updates on new properties for me to look at which I greatly appreciated during the home searching process. I changed my preferences for a condo multiple times during the three month search for a condo, I even gave up once and told Ray that it was not going to happen. Even given these circumstances, Ray was patient with me and was always helpful at every step of the process. When I did finally select a condo, I had little idea on the documentation that needed to be done. Ray walked me through admirably and gave me key insight on what I was signing when I did not have the patience or time to fully read it. Ray also saved me money by negotiating well with the selling agent of the property, which was fantastic, given that the property that I was pursuing had an appraisal come below the negotiated purchase price. Another thing to note is that he accommodated my preferred way of communication. I think after a few communications that we had, he knew that I prefer email and text message over meeting face to face or phone calls given my schedule and I think that is a hallmark of a great real estate agent. Ray also communicated quickly and thoroughly even though most of my emails would come later at night given my work schedule. In conclusion, Ray is an outstanding real estate agent who can drive results beneficial to his clients and I would highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.
