Jamie & Sarah helped me purchase my home back in 2008. Sarah took me on a whirlwind tour of available homes. By the end of the day, I had chosen the perfect home for me, thanks to Sarah's help. Jamie & Sarah were fantastic throughout the negotiation and purchase process. Since purchasing my home, I have regularly contacted Jamie & Sarah with questions regarding real estate--questions about rental properties, current comps, and the such. They have always been super-duper speedy and super-duper thorough in responding to my questions. They have a fantastic work ethic. Over the years, I have become good friends with Jamie & Sarah. They are wonderful people who have an genuine interest in their clients. Jamie and Sarah come with high recommendations!

Sarah and Jamie have been exceptional Realtors. My husband and I worked with them in 2005 to sell our home in Puyallup and purchase a new home in Everett. They were extremely knowledgable about both the housing market and the mortgage industry, but what really impressed me was their focus on their relationship with customers. When I think of the typical real estate agent I think of someone that helps me buy and sell a home. It's a business transaction that has a beginning and end. With The Reece's it has always been more than that. They continue to provide valuable services many years after we bought our home. From annual reports of the market in my neighborhood with comparable homes to knowing that I can call anytime with questions, I value the resource that I have in Sarah and Jamie. Over the years I've gone to them for many recommendations such as general contractors or carpet installers. I know that they will give quality referrals based on their own experiences and the recommendations of their other clients. Not only do they give excellent advice, Sarah and Jamie also go the extra mile to build relationships with their

clients. I'm impressed every year when they take the time to send personalized and handwritten cards - birthdays, holidays, and our home anniversary. They also host several client appreciation events throughout the year that are a lot of fun and a great chance to meet cool and interesting people. It must be the holiday season. I open my back door, and there's a little gift bag sitting out there, with a jar of chocolate chip cookie mix, some reindeer food, and a card wishing me happy holidays from Jamie and Sarah, of Windermere. Now, this may be business as usual when you've gone through a very involved process like purchasing or selling a home. You get acquainted with your realtors on a much deeper level then, say, your car mechanic. What's remarkable here, though, is that I've never actually purchased or sold a home with Jamie and Sarah. My next door neighbors did, about a year after I purchased my house, and I got to meet the Reeces during my neighbors' house-warming party. I fell in love with them, and we've been friends ever since. Ok, so still, nothing remarkable about getting a holiday goodie bag from friends, right? Well, consider that the circle of friends I've met through the Reeces are made up mostly of their clients. Something extraordinary is going on when you start finding that the people who work with them value their level of care and professionalism to a point that they remain friends long after the house they purchased together has become home. Because, you have to understand, even after you've purchased your house, you're not done being in the home business. And Jamie and Sarah get that. As of this writing, I'm struggling to keep my home. Jamie has run comparatives on my house vs other homes in the area, he's consulted me on my options, and even given me references to lawyers who specialize in short-sells and other home legal issues. And, at the end of the day, both of the Reeces have been there to just lend an empathic ear to my struggles. When it comes time to buying a new place--or selling my house if it comes to that--I'm looking forward to working with these guys. They've already treated me as a valued client for a long time.

Jamie and Sarah are great Realtors and truly amazing people. I worked with Jamie to buy my first home in 2009 and he helped put everything in terms I could understand and always answered my questions right away. He even talked to me about how to fix things around the house and left me a huge care package when the house was mine! I am so extremely grateful that I used Jamie as my Realtor and to have gotten the chance to get to know these two awesome people!
