My husband and I came to Julie looking to buy our first home early this year. We basically had no idea what we were doing or where to even start. Julie was amazing and guided us through the whole process, provided so much information, and kept our spirits up in a highly competitive market. We found our perfect home thanks to Julie's quick actions and obvious knowledge of what it takes to get an offer accepted. Now that we have closed and are living in our home, Julie checks in and makes sure everything is as perfect as we hoped for. She looks to keep a wonderful relationship with her clients and when we need a realtor in the future we would not hesitate to come back to her.We would recommend Julie to all those looking for a home.

If I could give Julie 10 stars....that still wouldn't be enough. I reached out to Julie based on her stellar reviews as I am considering relocating to the Seattle area. Julie very swiftly got back to me, and we arranged for a time to speak. Now for those of you who don't know, for a Realtor, time is money. There's no salary, no paycheck guarantee. So for Julie to take the time that she did to answer my many questions about the area, speaks volume about her professionalism and desire to establish relationships with clients. She listened to my thoughts and concerns and did a fantastic job of educating me about the area, the local real estate market, schools and much more. I was looking for some straight talk from a local and that's exactly what I got. So I'm heading up next week to explore the area and with Julie's help my trip is going to be much more productive and exciting. Many agents get a bad rap these days for not getting back to people, or people choose to go with silly discount brokers, but Julie is certainly a standout and she deserves all the positive accolades that come her way. Thank you Julie. YOU ROCK!

So, I can thank for leading us to Julie! We interviewed several agents and couldn't decide which direction to go. But last minute we decided to interview one more agent which happened to be Julie and it was clear half way through that she was the one. Julie was very confident from the beginning about what she could bring to the table and she definitely delivered in the final result. We listed our home several months prior through Redfin with no sale within the two month window and we're so glad that we went with a traditional agent and appreciated everything that Julie did to help us sell our home. Our house was listed for just under a week and Julie helped bring in two offers that were way over asking and more than we ever imagined. From helping us stage to negotiating deals and quick communication, Julie was always on top of it from the beginning (which is something we were really appreciative of as our Redfin experience was lackluster). We couldn't have asked for a better agent and will definitely use her again in the future if the need arises!

Julie Hall helped me with my first home purchase and was very helpful, I would recommend her. She stays in contact with you and sends listings on condo's or houses that you'd be interested in. Also very responsive with text, email, and phone calls. It's a tough market and on our third offer the bid was accepted which was the best house we put an offer on! I guess third time is a charm... A little more about Julie's character the day I moved in on Labor Day weekend there was a big storm that came in and the basement flooded... I called Julie and explained the situation which she had a guy come out that weekend to look at it. Come to find out it was clogged gutters which caused the water problem, no one's fault just a unperfect situation on the day you move in but was impressed how Julie handled the situation

She will work hard to get the best results possible in any given situation, just what you would expect from a class A real estate agent. Julie is very hard working and definitely great to have on your team, especially in this crazy housing market. She helped us find our new home as first time buyers and guided us through every step of the way. I'm not sure if she ever takes time off since she was prompt in responding at all hours of the day. She quickly wrote

up each offer within hours and eventually found us the home we are in today. Highly recommended! Thanks Julie!

Julie just takes care of things. It's fantastic. I've bought two properties and sold one with Julie, and each time, I've asked myself if I really needed an agent in this modern world.
