Ed Gillis of KW Bothell embodies what it means to be a "full service realtor". Not only did he help us sell our home quickly for full asking price, but he also helped us find a new home a week later- no small feat in this market. Furthermore we ended up in the exact neighborhood we wanted to live in, so we could not be happier. Ed helped us at every step during the buying and selling process; any problem we had, Ed was right there with a solution. In addition to his considerable experience in real estate, Ed has a vast network of contractors and handymen that he can leverage for anything you need. Six months after the sale, Ed continues to help us with our new home- he just stopped by to help me prune a tree! How many agents do you know who would do that after the sale has closed?
