I've worked with Miki and Josh on my last 2 properties and they are absolutely fantastic. Miki & Josh are always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have, and brainstorm different finance options that best suits my needs. They dive very deep into underwriting details such as reserve requirements, Conventional vs Jumbo, and funding source documentation. There was never a moment during the closing process where I felt unprepared and at risk of not closing on time.

We're so blessed that we met Duke and Josh with Miki Mobrand team..They are very friendly, nice and helpful.. We went into a rough road in getting our house but they never give up. They did everything they can to help us in fact they did above and beyond my expectations.. Can't do it without them..They worked so hard to get the best rate that we can get..They always have answers and solutions for everything. They are the company that you can trust..Team with a heart, most especially to Duke and Josh they are highly recommended..

Going through the home purchasing process is very rigorous, and when I deal with life decisions this large my Type-A personality goes into overdrive. During this entire and new experience, Josh made me feel extremely confident and comfortable. His follow up, ability to explain complex matters with ease and superb level of customer service made what could've been overwhelming...easy!!! Don't get me wrong, the process is tiring, but I couldn't imagine taking it on without Josh leading the way. He is simply AMAZING!!!

Josh Sanford from Kirkland office was the best experience among the loan Agencys I Agencyped before settling down on PrimeLending. Right from first meeting Josh made me feel comfortable being an anxious first time home buyer, new to the country and industry. He was prompt, always available for any kind of queries, replied to calls and text and email within few minutes. He was also available over the weekends. And he attends my queries/concerns with same enthusiasm even after closing as he used to before. Highly recommended!!

My experience with Miki Mobrand and Josh Sanford at Prime Lending was excellent. They were able to process our loan very quickly and efficiently. Miki and Josh patiently explained and educated us on our loan, fees, and the entire home buying process as we were first time buyers. They were able to get us a very good APR and they were both very responsive during the entire process. I would highly recommend calling Miki and also meeting her and Josh in person if you are Agencyping for a home loan.

Being a first time buyer, there were (and still are) many things I had to figure out as if it was a game of connect-a-dot, not limited just to the loan process but also the fact that is one of the biggest dot you got to nail. What I appreciate most about Josh is his professionalism to take over and on my particular case. And I don't know what else to say about the fact he delivered.

This was my first time dealing with PrimeLending on a house purchase. I'm sure most of you know but buying a house and getting a mortgage is a daunting process not made easy by any means in this country. Miki, Josh and Laurel were absolutely awesome guiding my wife and I through this process. Especially when we started having "challenges" with our builder and selling agent. At the end of the line, this team of three had to sprint to get paperwork done in time for us to close in the nick of time and get our new home. More than once I was able to get any and all of them over the weekend and at non-office ours to answer questions and further to provide me information about the buying process when I was at a loss. Cannot say enough good things about PrimeLending, I will definitely using again.

My wife and I have been in and out of the home-buying process recently, and we have had the pleasure of working with Josh Sanford at PrimeLending in Kirkland. Josh and the team at PrimeLending are extremely knowledgable and truly amazing at what they do. Josh is so knowledgable about about the home-lending industry, that's it's actually kinda scary. Although we haven't purchased a home yet, I must say that I am very grateful to be able to walk in and out of this office without feeling judged for having such a complicated situation. To all buyers looking for a dependable lender, I had the pleasure to work with Josh Sanford as part of Miki Mobrand's team and I am so happy to recommend him as an extremely qualified team loan officer. I say this with enthusiasm and experience to support it. When I was searching for my first home, I talked to many other lenders before I met Josh. Since I've had my first conversation with him, Josh has outshined the competition in every category. I bought two houses within the last two years (an up-size was necessary after we found out I was pregnant with twins!), so within a year of the purchase of our first home, we were back to square one again. I didn't hesitate, even for a second, when it came to the important decision of selecting the loan officer. I am a returning and loyal customer and always will be. Moving when pregnant, (buying AND selling this time) was one of the most stressful and challenging things I've ever done. It is challenging enough on its own! However, in every way possible, Josh went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth and seamless as possible-- it did not matter what day of the week it was or the time of the day, he was always willing to be of assistance. His commitment is obvious, his knowledge is unmistakable and his attitude is consistently friendly and positive. This man is a rare man to find in any business (let alone a lending one) and if I owned a business I would be proud to have him on my team. He is such an asset to Prime Lending to say the least.

Communication is vital to the success the process of buying house. In the situation when time was of the essence and coordination with buying and selling a house was crucial, he displayed complete organization and professionalism. I was continuously given full disclosure on the progress/ status of the transaction. He was the first to respond, email, communicate, text, or call me so I always felt prepared and informed. Trust is absolutely necessary in the transaction of purchasing a home.
