Peter is the best realtor we've ever worked with, and we've sold many properties in many different
cities over the years. He is attentive and knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. We
bought a house with Peter in 2012, and he recently provided a new appraisal as we are thinking of
selling. He came to the appointment fully prepared, and we will certainly list our property with him
as soon as the timing is right for us. We highly recommend Peter Mann as the most professional,
responsive, and knowledgeable realtor in our area.

Peter is absolutely FABULOUS!
We worked with Peter over several months in our search for a condo. This is not my first purchase,
nor is it my first relationship with a relator. But, I must say, Peter is heads above anyone I've ever
worked with before. My wife and I were working with a limited budget but held high expectations as
to the quality and "fit" we were looking for.
What I liked most about working with Peter is that he took the time to truly understand what were
were looking for. He was patient, confident, professional, and very knowledgeable about the
market.
Peter kept in constant contact letting us know immediately when he saw something that might fit
our criteria. I know he viewed many homes on his own to "pre-qualify" them so to speak so as to
save us time, effort, and anguish.
Our deal ended up being somewhat complicated but Peter was able to navigate the waters of
negotiation and pull it off. We were working with some tight time lines and Peter worked tirelessly to
the very end. He went "over and above" to make it happen and we are ever so grateful.
I would highly recommend Peter. As a business owner, one gets to know those who "talk the talk" vs. those who "walk the walk".
Peter definitely "walks the walk"! You won't be disappointed.

Peter Mann is fantastic! Peter was our realtor for the selling of our condo and we could not have
had a better experience, he constantly made us feel at ease during this big life change. My
husband and I are overly impressed with his level of professionalism, flexibility, responsiveness,
knowledge and high level of work ethic.
Peter's knowledge and years of experience led us to be 100% confident in pricing our condo
competitively. During the short time our condo was on the market, he worked diligently to ensure
that the listing had maximum exposure (even offering to hold a 2nd open house last minute). We
received constant communication from Peter regarding showing appointments, reviews from
potential buyers and kept us informed of any serious interest in purchasing our condo.
His responsiveness and flexibility is incredibly commendable. Be it via texts, phone calls or emails,
Peter always responds immediately making us feel like his top priority. Each time we made an
appointment to meet he was always available, even if it was last minute.
Now that we are looking to purchase a house, I know we are in great hands with someone who has
our best interest at heart.
