Team Troy was great! Chris was very patient with me as we searched both houses and condos, not really knowing what we wanted at the start.

Team Troy was great! Chris was very patient with me as we searched both houses and condos, not really knowing what we wanted at the start. Everyone responded very promptly to texts, calls, and emails. I am a first time home buyer and they made it very easy to understand what I needed to do and when, they even gave me a binder on our first meeting with all sorts of helpful information about the process. Thank you Team Troy for all your help, I am very happy with how things went!

New to Seattle and looking for a realtor to help us buy, we found Troy recommended on Dave Ramsey's website...and we are so glad we did!

From day one, Troy and Michelle have been so incredibly responsive; always answering their phones, immediate email responses, and proactively calling to check on us throughout the process. The level of service they provide can't be beat; Michelle knew we had a toddler and sent us daycare centers in the new neighborhood, they had the house rekeyed for us the day after we closed, and when the house was left to us in a messy state, Troy and Michelle immediately scheduled their cleaner come to the house to take care of it before we had even seen it. 

As a realtor, Troy is calm, patient, and realistic. I appreciate his calm demeanor, different from other hyper relators we've worked with who want to be quick to close a deal. Troy made sure we found the right house for us, and took the time to understand what we were looking for.
