I have been a customer with Louis Vuitton for quite some time, I own over 20 pieces thus far, from
luggage to wallets. Every time I'm in I get world class service. Jorge was my sales person on my
last trip. He is great, friendly and really helpful. Did not realize I could bring in my worn out items to
get repaired. I just threw them away. Thanks Jorge for letting me know I can bring them in for
repair. Thank you so much for making my trip fast and easy. I will be back to see him.

My mom has been taking me here for years from the first opening banquet to seeing the employees
move from the downtown location to this location. But this review is specifically for Dean. Louis
Vuitton is so lucky to have such a passionate and sincere employee.
Dean is super welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. He is super precise when it
comes to the hot stamps, and he cares about all the intricate little details. I come here knowing
exactly what I want and that's exactly what he gives me, he doesn't try to sell me something that I
don't want or need.
Dean set such a good example for the other employees on how he treats the customer and how
well he knows his products. I've seen employees grasp a better understanding about customer
service and the products through Deans guidance.
If you're looking for a sales rep that knows your style and what you want then the person you're
looking for is Dean. He has help me grow my collection and helped me find the perfect gifts for
family and friends.
